Lead Scoring
Every lead gets a 0–100 quality score based on signals from the call, the source channel, and your firm's historical retention patterns. Use the score to prioritize your intake queue.

What the score reflects
The score combines: call duration and recency, presence of practice-area keywords in the transcript, channel quality (paid search vs. spam call), and geographic match to your service area. Higher is better.
Tuning the score
Score weights are adjustable per firm under Settings → Lead Scoring. Most firms don't need to touch the defaults — but you can boost or penalize specific signals if your intake patterns are unusual.
