Onboarding
Your first 30 minutes with Kenzsys. This walkthrough covers everything from clicking the invite link to seeing real leads flow into the dashboard.
Step 1 — Accept your invite
You'll receive an invite email from hello@kenzsys.com. Click Accept Invite
to land on the signup page. Your email is pre-filled — set a password, agree to the terms, and you'll
be dropped into the dashboard with onboarding tasks pinned to the top of the screen.
If you signed up directly (not via invite), the same flow applies but you'll be asked for your firm name and primary practice area before you reach the dashboard.
Step 2 — Confirm firm details
Open Settings → Firm and fill out the basics: legal name, primary practice areas, and the street address of your main office. The address is what Kenzsys uses to scope GEO/local search visibility and to match Google Business Profile data.
If you have multiple offices, add each one from Settings → Locations. Each location can have its own CallRail tracking numbers and its own GBP listing.
Heads up: The first user to sign up for an organization becomes the Owner. Only owners can manage billing and invite admins. Make sure the right person creates the account first.
Step 3 — Connect integrations
Walk through Connecting Integrations next. Each integration has its own dedicated page in the docs if you get stuck on one in particular.
Step 4 — Invite your team
From Settings → Team, invite your intake coordinators, attorneys, and anyone else who should have access. Kenzsys ships with three roles:
- Owner — full access, including billing.
- Admin — full access except billing.
- Member — read access to dashboards and reports; can update leads they own.
Step 5 — Wait for data
Integrations begin syncing immediately, but historical data can take 10–30 minutes to backfill on the first connection. The dashboard updates in real time as data lands. If you don't see new leads after an hour, check Integrations for the connection status on each provider.
