Importing Leads

Bring historical leads into Kenzsys via CSV so your pipeline and reports reflect the full picture.

Supported columns

The importer maps any column you provide, but at minimum each row needs name, phone, and first_touch_at. Optional columns include email, source, campaign, stage, and notes.

Step-by-step

1. Go to Leads → Import.
2. Upload your CSV. The mapper shows a preview of the first 5 rows.
3. Map each column to a Kenzsys field. Unrecognized columns can be stored as custom fields.
4. Confirm and run the import. You'll see a progress bar; large imports run in the background.
