Content Studio Overview

Content Studio is the AI-powered writing workspace built into Kenzsys. It generates blog posts, social media copy, email newsletters, and ad copy in your firm's brand voice — without you starting from a blank page.

Content Studio overview

What does Content Studio do?

Content Studio uses a large language model trained on legal-industry content and tuned to your firm's specific voice. You give it a topic; it produces a draft. You edit and approve; it saves or exports. The four content types supported:

  • Blog posts — long-form articles, usually 800 to 1,500 words, suitable for your firm's website blog. Includes a suggested title, meta description, and section structure.
  • Social media posts — short copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Optimized for engagement on each platform.
  • Email newsletters — formatted email content suitable for sending to past clients, referral sources, or your firm's general mailing list.
  • Ad copy — short, conversion-focused copy for Google Ads or Meta ads. Variations included so you can A/B test.

Who is it for?

Content Studio is built for the person at your firm who handles content — usually the marketing coordinator, an attorney who writes for the website, or an outside marketing consultant. No technical skills are required. If you can type a topic into a text box, you can use Content Studio.

Why generate content with AI?

Three reasons most law firms find Content Studio worth using:

  1. Speed. A draft that would take 3 hours to write from scratch takes 90 seconds to generate. You spend your time editing for accuracy and voice rather than staring at a blank document.
  2. SEO and GEO. Kenzsys integrates Content Studio with the GEO Visibility module, so it knows exactly which queries you're losing to competitors. You can generate content that targets those specific gaps.
  3. Brand voice consistency. Once you've set your firm's voice in Settings, every piece Content Studio produces sounds like your firm — whether the marketing coordinator or a partner is the one running it.

AI-generated content still needs review. Always read a draft end-to-end before publishing. Verify legal claims, statistics, and case citations against authoritative sources. The AI is a productivity tool, not a substitute for editorial judgment — especially for content on a law firm's website.
