Weekly Marketing Playbook

Every Monday morning, Kenzsys delivers a one-page report summarizing what changed in your marketing last week and recommending three concrete actions for the week ahead. The Playbook is designed to be the only marketing report a busy firm owner actually reads.

What's in the report

  1. Week in review — leads, retained, spend, and cost-per-retained vs. last week and the 4-week average. Highlights the biggest mover.
  2. Channel call-outs — any channel where performance shifted meaningfully (good or bad), with the likely cause from the underlying data.
  3. Three actions — specific, ranked recommendations. E.g. "Pause campaign 'Personal Injury — Statewide'; it's spent $1,840 with zero retained clients in 30 days," or "Respond to the 4 new Google reviews you haven't replied to."
  4. Watch list — things that aren't actionable yet but are worth keeping an eye on (an emerging trend, a slow-burn anomaly).

How it's generated

Sunday night, Kenzsys aggregates your week's data across every integration, runs anomaly detection over each metric, then asks an LLM to synthesize the results into prose. The model never sees PII — only metric aggregates and channel-level performance.

Delivery: The Playbook is available in-app on the dashboard every Monday at 7 AM in your firm's timezone. Owners and admins also receive it by email. You can turn off email delivery in Settings → Notifications.

Acting on recommendations

Each action item is clickable — clicking takes you to the relevant page in Kenzsys (a specific campaign, a list of unreplied reviews, a slow-converting landing page) so you can act on it without hunting for the data yourself.

History

Past Playbooks are archived under Reports → Playbooks. The archive is useful when a partner asks "what did we do about that drop in May?" — you can pull up the exact week's recommendations.
