Welcome to Kenzsys. This guide walks you through the first hour with the platform — from accepting your invite to seeing your first attributed lead show up on the dashboard.
What Kenzsys does
Kenzsys is a marketing-intelligence platform built specifically for law firms. It connects your advertising spend, call tracking, Google Business Profile, and case-management data so you can see exactly which channels are producing retained clients — not just clicks and calls.
Most marketing dashboards stop at "leads." Kenzsys keeps going: it follows each lead through your intake pipeline and case management until you know the true cost-per-retained-client for every campaign you run.
The five-step setup
A clean setup takes about 30 minutes. We recommend running through the steps in order — each one unlocks the next.
- Accept your invite from the email we sent and create your password.
- Confirm your firm details (firm name, practice areas, primary location).
- Connect your integrations — CallRail, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and Clio.
- Tag your existing campaigns so historical spend lines up with attributed leads.
- Invite your team — intake staff, attorneys, and anyone who should see reports.
Tip: Connect CallRail first. It's the integration that produces the most data the fastest, so the dashboard stops looking empty as soon as you finish the rest of setup.
