Anomaly Alerts

Kenzsys watches every KPI continuously and flags when something moves more than it should — a call volume drop, a sudden spike in CPC, a GBP profile-views collapse. Anomalies surface on the dashboard and can be pushed to email or Slack.

What gets watched

Every numeric metric Kenzsys tracks: leads per day, calls per day per source, Google Ads spend/clicks/CTR per campaign, GBP impressions and actions, and the conversion rate at each pipeline stage.

Severity

Each anomaly is tagged info, warning, or critical based on how far the metric deviates from its expected range and how impactful that metric is. Only warnings and criticals trigger notifications.

Tuning

Under Settings → Anomaly Alerts, you can mute specific metrics (useful when you know a drop is coming — say, the week of a planned campaign pause) or adjust the sensitivity threshold per metric.
